The Australian ski resort’s new attraction has received approval from authorities to develop and build a roller coaster.
Some of the work that will start this year aims to prepare for the winter of 2024.

Apart from this, environmental associations also opposed the new roller coaster.
Seasonality: The Current Mantra That Lasts Everything
The Alpine Coaster is one of Thredbo’s proposals for redevelopment of the existing complex in the coming years. A new restaurant and more mountain bike paths will also be built at the top of the mountain.
This is part of the government’s plan to increase the influx of visitors to the park in the summer.
