Tickets for the Women’s Champions League Final in Eindhoven are sold out. UEFA Women’s Champions League

The final between Barcelona and Wolfsburg, which will take place at the PSV Stadium in Eindhoven on Saturday 3 June, has been sold out since it was renamed the UEFA Women’s Champions League in 2009/10.

More than 34,100 tickets have been sold, meaning the final will break the attendance record for a women’s football match in the Netherlands, which was set in 2019 when the Dutch team also faced Australia at PSV Stadium in front of 30,640 spectators .

The Eindhoven final will be the highlight of a season that has captured the public imagination, as reflected by the spectacular increase in attendances. In fact, the average attendance from the quarter-finals is at a record high of 10,800 spectators, while five of the ten best attendances in the competition’s history have been recorded this season.

Nadine Kessler, UEFA women’s football director, said: “It is the first time that the Women’s Champions League final has been sold out.
