The company has launched Darwin D5, Darwin D7 and Darwin D14 electric scooters in the country this week. These three new electric scooters have been brought to the buyers of the new era and these scooters have been launched by the world amateur boxing champion MC Mary Kom. Darwin D5, D7, and D14 have joined the long and growing list of electric two-wheelers already sold in India.

How much do Darwin’s three scooters cost?
The Darwin D5 is priced at Rs 68,000 in India. So Darwin D6 costs Rs 63,000 and Darwin D14 costs Rs 6,000. The company claims that all these scooters can run 70-120 kilometers on a single charge.

These three electric scooters can be pre-booked from the company’s official website. Customers will have to pay Rs 491, Rs 590 and Rs 950 respectively to pre-book Darwin 5, Darwin 7 and Darwin 14. Launching the electric scooter, DPGC Group CEO Dr. Raja Roy Chowdhury said that the global automotive industry is moving towards electric mobility. Electric vehicles are gaining momentum in India.
