MEXICO CITY.- The Mexican men’s beach volleyball teams advanced to the semi-finals in the third stage of the 2023 Tour of the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (NORCECA), in which they will face each other, for which they have ensured the Grand At least one silver medal for the country in the tournament held in Cayman, Cayman Islands.
Mexican stars, Juan Virgen Pulido and Miguel Sarabia Delgado, will face Alejandro Barajas Gonzalez and Gabriel Cruz Mendoza this Sunday to determine the pair that will play for gold against the winner of the clash between Americans Ian Satterfield and Jake Urrutia, and Andy Blanco and Luis Garcia of Guatemala.
Both Azteca teams were the great protagonists during this Saturday’s day, as they managed to dominate their rivals in all their commitments: Virgen and Sarabia, an equal score of 2-0 against the representatives of Saint Kitts and Nevis and the representatives of Trinidad From. and Tobago in the group stage, as well as the Salvadorans in the quarterfinals.
