One of its successful campaigns has been with Watford FC footballer Ben Foster and Irish clothing brand Jim + Coffee.
“Apart from being a footballer, Ben also has a very successful YouTube channel. He is also big into fitness, and is a huge coffee fan. The partnership meant a lot, and it worked out really well,” O’Flaherty said.
Other brands his firm has worked with include Audible, Squarespace, Harry’s, Skillshare, Function of Beauty, Ritual, Native and Morning Brew.
The Galvanian entrepreneur has appointed Derry native Ross Brown as the Managing Director of the firm. He spent more than four years at Centus, where he was its third employee.
“About 95 percent of our business originates in the US. This is where the brands we work with have the biggest budgets. They are a mix of apps, e-commerce, tech and tech services as well as direct-to-consumer brands,” O’Flaherty said.
“Most of our influencers are on YouTube. Revenue comes from sponsorships of branded content, and there is also some product placement. This is the formula that has enabled us to deliver the best results.”
O’Flaherty initially worked as a manager of influencers, but in 2017 had to pivot to helping brands with their influencer marketing.
“We are now focused on helping our brands and content creators earn crores of rupees in the years to come,” he added.
