In contrast, the report found at least 10 measures of growth, and which should be strengthened in 2023, are:
- Evolution of fluid health organisations: ie with a lot of engagement and interaction with the social environment and the vital environment of the patients.
- Evaluate the economic impact on health of epidemics/pandemics, but also evaluate the most harmful risk factors for health such as smoking, a sedentary lifestyle, a diet rich in simple sugars, etc.
- Develop a social-hygienic clinical history or at least that clinical history considers much of the patient’s social data.
- Health contingencies with high economic impact such as a pandemic or the introduction of a new drug or effective therapy, but very expensive to have investment funds with.
- Develop a true partnership and committed leadership in healthcare organizations with professionals.
- Promote more external and internal quality accreditations related to patient safety.
- High availability of results through easy methods such as integrated information and links in the electronic medical record, technical evaluation for physicians.
- Implement incentives for healthcare professionals in line with healthcare strategy.
- An updated sociological strategic plan for health services.
- Encourage shared decision making with patients beyond mere informed consent.
