TVS Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180 become expensive again, find out the new prices here

TVS Motor Company has recently increased the prices of its popular bikes Apache RTR160 and RTR180. Following the price hike, the starting price of the Apache RTR 160 now stands at Rs 1,03,365 (drum brake brake variant). Earlier this form was priced at Rs 1,02,070. Similarly, the disc brake variant of the bike is priced at Rs 1,06,365 as against Rs 1,05,070 earlier.

Apache RTR 180 new price

Speaking of the 180cc Apache RTR180, this bike comes in a single variant. After the price change, its price has now risen to Rs 1,09,565. Earlier this bike was priced at Rs 1,08,270. Let us know that all these prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. If seen, the price of both bikes has been increased by Rs 1,295.

This is not the first time the company has increased the price of both BS6 models. Earlier, in August last year, the price of both bikes had gone up by Tk 1,600. Also, a few months ago (June 2020) the price of Apache RTR 180 and RTR 160 was increased by Rs 2,500 and Rs 2,000 respectively. Let us know that apart from TVS, Hero, Bajaj and other companies have also increased the prices of their vehicles after April 2.

Engine power on both bikes

There was no change in features or engine except for the price change of both the bikes. The TVS Apache RTR 180 bike has a 177.4 cc single cylinder, oil cooled engine that generates 16.3 hp of power and 15.5 Nm of torque. Similarly, the TVS Apache RTR 160 uses a 4-cylinder engine with a single cylinder of 159.7 cc capacity, which generates 15.1 hp of power and 13.9Nm of torque.
