Two 16-year-old boys have been charged after being stabbed in Ipswich town center last week.

On Thursday, June 2, just before 9.10 p.m. police were called that a man had been stabbed in Upper Brook Street near the Cock & Pie pub.

It is understood that the victim left the scene and moved to Tavern Street and Tower Street.

The victim, a 28-year-old man, suffered a severe injury to his shoulder, a puncture in his lung and a wound in his wrist.
