The research paper states: “We present a variety of STEAM (Unknown Air Phenomena). We see them everywhere. We observed a large number of objects of an obscure nature.”
When NASA commissioned a research team to study the Unidentified Air Phenomenon (UAP) in a collaborative effort with the Pentagon, scientists in Kyiv scanned their skies and gathered incredible data about UAP. This research is entitled “Unidentified aerial phenomena I. Observation of events” conducted by BE Zhilyaev, VN Petukhov, VM Reshetnyk.
According to their data, they classify UAPs into two types, “Cosmics” and “Phantoms.” They noted Cosmics were luminous objects, lighter than the sky background and Phantoms were dark objects, with contrasts from a few to around 50 percent. The researchers also observed that UFOs were so fast that it was difficult to take pictures of them.
The researchers set up two meteor stations, one installed in Kyiv, and the other in the village of Vinarivka in the south of the Kyiv region. Observations of objects are made in the sky during the day.
The brightness of the sky, depending on the state of the atmosphere and distance from the Sun, ranges from minus 3 to minus 5 of the stellar magnitude per square arc minute. Researchers conclude that various UAPs are everywhere and there are a large number of objects of unclear nature.
“Single, group and squadron flights of ships were detected, moving at a speed of 3 to 15 degrees per second. Some bright objects exhibit regular brightness variability in the 10 – 20 Hz range. Observation of two UAP locations at a base of 120 km with two synchronized cameras allows detection of variable objects, at an altitude of 1170 km.”
The paper did not specifically discuss the war, but the US government has long speculated that some UFOs could be technologically advanced from its adversaries. However, there is no evidence of that.
Appearances in this war-affected country are similar to those of the World War. In the early 20th century, mystery lights in Great Britain were interpreted as caused by German Zeppelins spying on the ground in preparation for invasion, during World War I any unusual thing in the sky was considered an enemy aircraft and caused fear in South Africa, Canada , United States and United Kingdom.
