Mango strengthens its presence in the United States with an office in the state of California.
After launching in Texas and Georgia in early August, the company is continuing its expansion plan in the country, opening its first store in Los Angeles County, the company said in a statement Thursday.
The company opens a 4,500-square-foot store in the Los Cerritos Center, located between Los Angeles and Orange counties.
The company will also open a 5,000-square-foot store at Glendale Galleria Mall, a three-story mall in Los Angeles County.
Both houses exclusively offer the “Woman” line and integrate the Mediterranean-inspired “New Med” store concept, which represents the freshness of the brand.
The key to this new design lies in sustainability and architectural integration, the brand explains.
“Following Mango’s stellar reception in New York and Miami, and recent arrivals in Texas and Georgia, we are extremely excited to bring the brand experience to California in a physical space for the first time, as part of our ambitious development plan for the future.” months in the United States, one of our key markets in the coming years,” said Daniel López, Director of Expansion and Franchising at Mango.
In the coming months, Mango will continue to expand its presence in California with the opening of four additional stores: one in the Fashion Valley mall (San Diego) and three in the city of Los Angeles, Brea Mall, Victoria Gardens and Beverly Center, located in Beverly Hills, the exclusive district of Hollywood stars.
The company recently landed a 4,000-square-foot store offering the “Woman” line at Memorial City Mall in Houston, Texas. It also arrived in Georgia for the first time this August.
Mango launched its expansion plan in the United States last year, aiming to open around 30 new stores over three years, to reach a total of 40 stores by 2024, combining its presence in major malls with independent stores.
This expansion plan began with the opening of Mango’s “flagship” store at 711 Fifth Avenue in New York, later opening two stores in Miami and one in Orlando.
In 2023, the company will open around 15 new stores, primarily in the west and south of the country, including the states of Georgia, Texas and California for the first time.
