If not mistaken, Democrats are experiencing the best part of Joe Biden’s presidency. It is thanks to a man who continues to torture this presidency until it is in ruins. But now Democratic Senator Joe Manchin of extremely conservative West Virginia has changed his notoriously obstinate attitude. He has agreed on a multi-billion dollar spending package that could prove to be a legacy of Biden’s tenure.
