Petroleos de Venezuela President. SA (PDVSA) and Petroleum Minister, Pedro Telecchia, met on Monday with his Brazilian counterpart, Alexandre Silveira, and agreed to restart energy and oil cooperation between the two countries.
“We are talking about cooperation on energy and oil issues to pursue joint projects in favor of our peoples,” Minister Telecchia explained in a press release.
