West Indies player Kel Meyers has done that, which has recorded his name in history. The 28-year-old hit 210 not out during the first Test match against Bangladesh.
He hit 20 fours and 7 sixes in his innings and with this he has become the sixth player in the world to score a double century in a debut match. The special thing is that he has scored this double century in fourth innings and chasing the target. Kell Meyers scored such a quick run that the cricket lovers were stunned. While chasing the target, Kel Meyers played an innings that the ground was hit, cricket lovers did not understand that they were watching the Test, ODI or T20, Kel Meyers became so dangerous at one time that the Bangladesh bowlers Found it difficult to stop them. Meyers, considered a T20 specialist, defeated Bangladesh by 3 wickets in a thrilling Test match.
On Sunday (February 7) on the fifth day of the Test, they achieved the target of 395 runs for 7 wickets. This is the biggest win while running in Asia. The West Indies broke Sri Lanka’s record. Sri Lanka scored 388 runs against Zimbabwe in 2017 at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. India had scored 387 runs in the 2008/09 Chennai Test against England. Meyers is also the first batsman to score a double century in the fourth innings in Asia.
