Upon returning from his vacation, Victor finds his house empty and reconquers it with the help of two friends.
Victor owns a house that was demolished last Saturday in Murcia, Spain. He says that he was returning from the beach with his wife and daughter and when he went to enter their house noticed the key didn’t fit, His wife and daughter started crying. After dropping them off at a relative’s house, Victor goes to escape their house in search of two friends.
The entire scene was recorded and has already gone viral. The three men entered the house armed with sticks and drove the miscreants out of the house. The intruders left the house on foot and told them that they thought the house belonged to the bank.
“The house is mine, I have been paying for it for a year. I have a mortgage of 350 thousand euros,” explains the owner.
As seen in the recordings, about a dozen people are going out of the house. Before removing them, the homeowner breaks down a section of the pool, causing the water to leak, and then throws a towel over a squatter. Also, it takes less time to remove the belongings of those who were in the house.
The property owner admits that perhaps the way they entered the house was not the best. “That’s not how we act. Enter the bully. The squatters weren’t cooperating at first, but then they were. We let them collect their stuff, they gathered everything up and left on foot ,” he says.
“We never used any insults or threats. We took sticks because we didn’t know what we were going to find”, Victor added.
“We were lucky because the squatters were cooperative,” insisted the protagonist of this story, “trying to do it as smoothly as possible to avoid the uncomfortable episode witnessed by the children.”
She regrets that there were children in the house. “The partner asked them to go out to wait for the adults. Before the boy cried, my girl also cried and If someone has to cry, let them squat, not the boss. Illegal occupants have all rights and owners have none.”
And consider your personal financial situation. I have a very poorly mortgaged house, I have 30 years left to pay. And you see that people are enjoying it and you are not.
