Sanjeev Trivedi, New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson are going to have a virtual summit today in the country from Corona to the outcry. Prior to this online summit, Britain has completed India’s preparation to send 100 ventilators to help in the war from Corona.
According to the information, both the leaders will launch the ‘Roadmap’ 2030 during this online summit. It aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation and relations between India and Britain in the coming 10 years. According to information received from the Ministry of External Affairs, this roadmap will focus in 5 areas. This includes trade, defense security, action on climate change, relations between people, including healthcare.
Prior to this meeting, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in a statement that ‘I am very happy that the British people and the government are taking an active part in helping India’. He said that I am very happy that ventilators are being provided to India from our side and we are able to help India. He also said that Britain is always ready to help India.
Let me tell you that last month, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s visit to India was canceled. According to the Ministry of External Affairs, in view of the Kovid situation in the country, ‘By mutual agreement it has been decided that Prime Minister Johnson will not come to India yet. At the same time, it was reported that the two sides would hold a virtual meeting in the coming days to release plans for the changed India-UK relationship.
