How do I get a US visa?
To start the process, you need to go to the website of the US Embassy in Colombia and fill out a form that will determine if the application requires prior training or not.
The document processing depends on the type of visa required. In order to obtain a document or a businessman (B1 and B2), most people must attend the training at the Office of the Applicant, before leaving the Embassy.
Among the necessary requirements is a recent photograph, and filling out the DS-160 form in which personal information is requested. This document is the first step in the American visa application process.
It is important to determine whether the trip is for travel, business, medical treatment, or to visit family and friends. These visa authorities are non-immigrant and are usually short-term visits to the United States. It is important to clarify that neither is valid for operating in the North American territory.
