The president told a small crowd of well-wishers and journalists that he had lost his balance while trying to take a leg out of a bike clip.

The result: “an insane scuffle of the Secret Service and the press,” the White House pool report said, adding that there were no visible scratches or scratches from the fall.

“No medical help is needed,” a White House official said. “The president looks forward to spending the rest of the day with his family.”

He said that he would soon speak to Chinese President Xi Jinping.

And asked if he was satisfied with progress on gun legislation — new demands for action emerged after the mass shootings in Texas and New York — Biden said only that he was happy with the action by his home state of Delaware, which launched the attack- The style was banned Weapon, Arms.
