New Delhi The month of April is witnessing continuous rise in temperature, due to which most areas of Northern India are facing severe heat. Meanwhile, according to the Indian Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in some parts of the country.
Several parts of India including Telangana, Marathwad, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Odisha in the northeastern states have warned of heavy rain with thunder. In the next one hour, the areas around Karnal, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar can see rain with dusty thunderstorms.
Dusty thunderstorm has been predicted in Rajasthan, while heavy rains are expected in South India also in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Kerala.
At the same time, according to the Meteorological Department, there will be thunderstorms in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura from April 15-20. Rainfall is predicted between 17-20 April in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. Thunderstorms may occur over South Peninsular India in 2 days.
Heavy rains are also expected in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal in the next 2 days. At the same time, there is a possibility of rain in South Interior Karnataka in the next 24 hours.
At the same time, the national capital Delhi will be partly cloudy, while there is a possibility of thunderstorms on 16th April i.e. tomorrow. In such a situation, with the change of weather, the people of Delhi can get relief from the heat. On April 17, the sky will be cloudy and light drizzle is expected.
