Besides, torrential rains are likely in Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Konkan and Goa. Light rains are also expected in Jammu and Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa, Karnataka, Kerala, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep.

IMD issues rain warning in Uttar Pradesh There is a possibility of torrential rain in all the districts of UP. Rain warning has been issued for Banda, Lalitpur, Jhansi, Agra, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Etawah and Jalaun.

According to the meteorological department, there is no relief from the rains in UP till August 5. The rain will continue in different districts till August 5. – There will be three days of torrential rain in Bihar

The IMD said a three-day torrential downpour had been warned in Bihar. Heavy rains are forecast in the state till August 4. Heavy rain is expected in some places on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Meanwhile, heavy rain warnings have been issued for Gwalior, Shivpuri, Guna, Ashok Nagar, Datia, Sheopur, Morena, Vind, Nimuch and Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh. According to IMD, heavy rain is expected in the area in the next two hours.
