Weather warning: Weather to worsen again in Delhi, rains to wreak havoc in these states

According to the IMD, the south-west monsoon has had a strong impact on Kerala. The meteorological department said it had rained in most parts of Kerala and Lakshadweep. The IMD has warned fishermen not to go to sea until August 30.

Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, sub-Himalayas, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh and parts of coastal Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands are likely to receive light to moderate rains.

Light to moderate rainfall is expected in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, foothills of western Uttar Pradesh, parts of Orissa, Jharkhand, Telangana, southern Inner Karnataka, Rayalaseema, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep.
