According to reports, senior BJP leader Basavaraj Bommai, who is the Home Minister as well as the Minister of Law and Legislative Affairs, has converted his house into a mini-hospital to address the shortage of beds in city hospitals. . On Thursday (13 May 2021), Bommai handed over his house to the authorities to set up a fully developed covid-care center at Shiggaon.
Explain that Shiggaon is a small town in northern Karnataka and Basavaraj Bommai Shiggaon represents the constituency in the state assembly. 50 beds with necessary medical facilities have been set up at the residence of the Home Minister. this Covid Center Oxygen facilities are available on all the beds of More oxygen concentrators will be brought here in the next few days. Oxygen facility will be installed in each beds for the treatment of corona patients.
On Thursday (13 May 2021) Bommai also visited the Kovid Center to inspect the facilities. Apart from this, the minister also gave 25 oxygen concentrator Shiggaon Public Hospital for the treatment of corona patients. The senior BJP leader said, “The number of Kovid deaths is increasing. Therefore, additional beds have been arranged. Another 46-bed hospital will be arranged at Shiggaon Taluk Hospital. ”
On Thursday, 35,297 new cases of corona were registered in Karnataka, out of which 15,191 are from Bengaluru city alone. Bengaluru also recorded 161 deaths, the highest in the state. More than 34,000 people have recovered from Kovid-19, while 344 patients died on Thursday.
