The Maruti Alto K10 hatchback is slated to launch on August 18. In this news we will tell you how cheap it will be and what kind of features it will feature. Before its launch, the company has started shipping it to its Arena dealerships. Customers can pre-book it for Rs 11,000. The new 2022 Maruti Alto K10 will see a lot of significant changes inside and out compared to the previous model.

New Alto Price

As far as the price is concerned, the new Maruti Alto may get a price hike as per reports. Currently, the Alto 800 is priced between Rs 3.39 lakh and Rs 5.03 lakh. The new Alto K10 is expected to be priced between Rs 4.50 lakh and Rs 7 lakh (all, ex-showroom).

What will the new Alto look like?

The hatchback model lineup will be available in four trims – Std, LXi, VXi and VXi+. It will get 6 exterior color options of Sizzling Red, Granite Grey, Solid White, Speedy Blue, Silky White and Earth Gold. The new 2022 Maruti Alto K10 measures 3530 mm in length, 1490 mm in width and 1520 mm in height. The wheelbase of the car is 2380 mm, which is 20 mm more than the Alto 800. It has a ground clearance of 160mm and boot space of 177-litres.

Dual front airbags

Coming with the new Maruti Alto 1.0L K-Series petrol engine, the hatchback will get an all-black dashboard with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Also, there will be a digital instrument cluster with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Sport, electrically adjustable ORVM, keyless entry, steering controls, manual AC unit and four power windows with buttons on the dashboard. The company has equipped all variants of the 2022 Maruti Alto K10 with dual front airbags, rear parking sensors and anti-lock braking system (ABS).
