XPO expands its presence in Portugal with the opening of a new transportation and distribution center in the city of Pombal. The company is investing in meeting the growing demand for its services in southern Europe, including many solutions that connect Spain and Portugal with the rest of Europe.
LUSITANIA The inauguration of the logistics center in Rome, located between Lisbon and Porto, represents another strategic step for XPO in Portugal. The new facilities make up the total addition to Portugal in an area of more than 12,500 square meters and 70 yards, and are expected to create some 100 direct jobs, in addition to making more resources available to customers. The center will manage pallet transport services, the last thousand deliveries of weighted products, overnight deliveries and a comprehensive logistics service.
