Yamaha Motor India today launched the new Monster Energy Moto GP Edition of its famous bike FZ 25. The company will sell this bike with special edition only in limited numbers. Adorned with an attractive sporty look and powerful engine, the price of this bike has been fixed at Rs 1,36,800 ex-showroom (Delhi). It is about Rs 2,000 more expensive than the regular model.
This bike may be a bit expensive compared to the regular model, but the company is also offering new styling and features instead. Its regular model costs Rs 1,34,800. With the launch of this new model, this bike is now available in a total of three colors, which include Metallic Black, Racing Blue and Moto GP Edition.

The company has made some cosmetic changes in this bike. In this variant, Yamaha MotoGP and Monster Energy branding has been done on the fuel tank and side panels. Apart from this, the ENEOS logo has also been given on the fuel tank. The limited edition model gets an LCD instrument cluster, an LED headlight with LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL), under cowl and a side-stand engine cut-off function.
No changes have been made in its mechanism. In this bike, the company has used an air-cooled single cylinder engine of 249cc capacity. Which generates 20.5bhp power and 20.1Nm torque. This engine comes with a 5 speed gearbox. The company hopes that its Moto GP edition will be very much liked by the youth.
