1. Make Balasna seat
This seat is also known as Child Pose. To do this, sit on the mat with your knees and heels. Then exhale with your hands above your head while inhaling. Next, tilt the upper body forward. Next, place your forehead on the ground and your pelvis at the ankle.
2. Make Manduka seat
This seat is also known as frog pose. To do this seat, you sit in the Vajrasana position and spread both your arms forward. Then rotate the fingers of your hand towards your hand. After that, wrap the remaining four fingers over it and close your fist. Then bend your armpits at your elbows and place your fists above your navel. Next, bend your upper body and place it on top of your lower body. Then stretch your neck slightly and focus your attention forward.
This seat is also known as seat forward bend seat. For this you have your knees down. Then you start the seat with your legs extended forward. Next, lift your arms up and keep your spine straight. 4. Pose the dog downwards
