The correct method of doing Birabhadrasana-2
For this, you stand with your legs 4 to 5 feet open.
Then, keeping your left foot at 90 degrees from the ground, move your toes outwards.
Now keep your right foot 45 degrees off the ground.
After that, bring both your hands parallel to the shoulder like soil.
Then bend your left knee and look at the fingers of the left hand.
Next, bend your left knee so that the left thigh is level with the ground.
Then stay in this position for a while and repeat the same process from the other side.
Birbhadrasana-2 is the right time to pose
