In a familiar development on Fox News, “The Five” on Wednesday turned into a shout-out match after Greg Gutfeld went on an aggressive rant…
The argument culminated in co-host Geraldo Rivera calling Gutfeld “arrogant” and “you outrageous punk”, before the other panelist’s smoothed things over and moved on to another speaker.
The rant that sparked the debate began during a discussion about abortion rights, in the wake of the explosive Supreme Court draft majority opinion leak that would overturn Roe v. Wade.
Gutfeld argued that “pro-lifers win because they can make their case.”
“If you ask someone why they are pro-life, they will say, because abortion takes a life and we believe that life is sacred. You can disagree,” he said. “But with the likes of The problem is that they don’t have the ball to articulate their case.”
“Just say, like, I prefer liberty over fetish,” said Gutfeld, who told the audience last week, “Welcome to the Freedom Party Left,” Elon Musk said he was buying Twitter.

He then argued that those who support abortion are “more concerned about what they will lose than what they will gain” and that mothers who give birth realize that their children are Without them life would be “nothing”.
“A pro-choice mom might look at her adorable two-year-old and think, ‘My life would be nothing without her,'” in 2022. (But) in 2017, when she was young and single, she didn’t have a child, she could only imagine the loss of her independence. right? So that’s the issue.”
He called on pro-choice advocates to “just be honest” and acknowledged that “yes, it kills an unborn baby, but I like my freedom.”
He ended his scathing attack by claiming “it used to be” [that] Even pro-choice would admit that abortion was an ugly thing, but they thought it was a necessary evil.”
“But now that wherever you go on social media, it’s something to celebrate, to cherish, to shout about.”
Before the name-calling began, Rivera interrupted, “That’s Baloni.”
Earlier in the segment, Rivera argued in favor of the use of abortion.
“What am I going to tell my daughters now that they don’t have control over their bodies? That they can’t make those choices for themselves?” he asked. “That some old man scratching his stomach in some other state [make that choice for you],
Fox News viewers lashed out at Rivera on Twitter, with some calling for her to be removed from the show for her dissenting views. The veteran Fox News pundit was a longtime friend of Donald Trump but criticized the former president over his 2020 election lies and the January 6, 2021 rebellion he instigated.
