The new authorities of the Central University of Venice -UCV- have been set for elections on May 26 Electoral Commission of this house of study was informed of the process for the participation of the university community.
A voter, registered in the electoral register, must go to the university campus. In the case of the headquarters of Caracas, if you go by vehicle, you can use the internal parking of the UCV or the space of the structure that is next to the baseball stadium.
Then go to the faculty to which you belong, where the stations are arranged, divided into four groups: professors, students, employees and workers, and graduates, and choose the one that corresponds to you according to your plates. ID or passport.
A voting member will give you one or more ballots, depending on the voting system.
“He sits in a secret place and, with a black ink pen, fills in the ovals corresponding to the candidates of his choice. If you vote for more than one candidate for the same position, your vote will be considered invalid; if he does not note, the white vote will be called “commission”.
You can sign up to five candidates for the University Council; for the Faculty Council, seven candidates, and for the School Council, five candidates.
Once you have made your selection, place the ballot in the designated electoral box. Then write the voter book and remove your identity to leave the site.
The tables are open until there are no voters
Polling stations where there are no voters will close at 7:00 pm, while polling stations with voters waiting in line will remain open.
“When the voting process is released, the box is opened, it is agreed that the number of votes is equal to the number of voters, the voting certificate is filled out and signed by the members of the table”, explained the electoral body of the university.
The electoral subcommittee of each facility will transfer the boxes and minutes to the corresponding polling center. Access to the station will be restricted to members and approved witnesses, for security reasons.
Officials authorized by the Electoral Commission will enter the ballots in an optical reader that will store the results in a computer designed for this purpose.
After the polling process is completed by reading the ballots, the tally answer sheet will be printed and a copy will be given to the presiding officer of the polling station and the representative sub-committee of the election.
Estimated between the duration of the ticket reading process and the impression of minutes, for each table 10 minutes to intervene.
Partial results, indicated by the Electoral Commission, can be followed through a web page that will be disseminated on social networks and through a link to access that will be provided on the website of the Electoral Commission.
After the achievement of the results in the offices in the interior of the country, the process of totalization will be carried out and the final data will be published.
