The head of the Court No. 15 of Zaragoza’s First Instance (Family) has issued a series of urgent precautionary measures aimed at preventing the 2-year-old girl, Emily Vaquero Pali, from leaving Spanish territory, whom her mother, Irina Pali, had taken in the past.
